You can pay for a .box name with a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed through Stripe, and the same form is used whether you are registering a new name or renewing one.

A connected wallet and a card. The wallet matters even when you pay by card, because your name is delivered to that wallet and your payment is tied to it. Connect your wallet first (see Connect a wallet), then choose Credit Card as your payment method.

Fill in the card fields:

If a field is incomplete when you try to pay, my.box flags it (for example, Enter a valid card number). Accept the terms with I accept the terms and conditions, then choose the pay button, which shows your total (for example Pay $50.00 USD). While the charge goes through, the button reads Processing....

You can leave Auto-renew domains on to renew automatically next year; see Auto-renew. To use a discount, see Apply a promo code.

On success you reach a confirmation screen. For a new registration, my.box provisions your names in the background and emails you when they are ready. You can open your receipt from the confirmation with View receipt, and later from your transaction history.

Card payments have a minimum charge of $0.50. This only matters if a promo code brings your total below that, in which case you are charged the $0.50 minimum.
