View invoices and transactions
my.box keeps a record of every payment you make, whether by card or crypto. You can review your history in two places: across your whole account, or for a single name.
Your whole account
Go to My Account, open the Account area, and choose the Transactions tab. This lists every purchase and renewal tied to your wallet. Each row shows the charge, date, type (Credit Card or Onchain), status, and amount. You can filter by type and by status (such as Succeeded, Pending, or Refunded).
If you have not bought anything yet, the tab invites you to browse names.
A single name
Open a name and go to its Admin tab. Under Billing & Subscriptions you'll find:
Transaction History: the payments for that specific name.
Subscriptions: your annual renewal for the name. This appears when the name has a card subscription, whether or not DNS is active, and does not appear for a name you paid for with crypto. It shows the plan, the price, the renewal date, and whether auto-renew is on, with a Manage menu for changing your card or cancelling (see Auto-renew).
Opening an invoice
Anywhere you see a transaction, choose View Invoice to open its details. A card invoice shows the line items, any discount, and the total in US dollars. A crypto invoice shows the amount in ETH with its US dollar value at the time of purchase, and a View on Etherscan link to the on-chain transaction.
